DBM Poland was established in 2001, based on the local, privately held consultancy operating in central Poland.  Services offered include recruitment, assessment and personal skills training.  Beaver MC, established in Lodz in 1993, was then recognized as one of the very few Polish HR consultancies located out of Warsaw, and has established a nationwide reputation for the quality of services. Strategic alliances with MPS in 2000 and then with DBM enabled the company to enhance its business potential and prepare a portfolio of services for major internationals and the largest Polish organizations.

Currently, DBM Poland, with its Head Office in Warsaw, has offices in Lodz and Poznan, as well as delivery capacities in Wroclaw, Katowice and Gdansk through cooperation with local HR firms. In the fourth year of DBM’s presence in Poland, the company has been recognized in independent market research as the country’s leading brand in individual and executive outplacement. DBM consultants and client services staff have helped numerous executives and professionals to find successful career continuation in the Polish market, one of the toughest in Europe with an unemployment rate reaching 19%.

DBM Poland has supported organizational and individual transitions in a variety of industries, including major restructurings of ING Bank Slaski, Exxon Mobil, significant downsizing of the Polish operations of Eli Lilly, GSK and Monsanto, as well as the Hewlett Packard/Compaq Computer merger in Poland. DBM customers as well as clients emphasize the unique, individualized approach and methodology applied.

Apart from transition services, the company offers a complete portfolio of assessment products, including MPS Test, MPS 360º, MPS Personnel Due Diligence and locally developed Assessment Centers. Our Lodz office is a center for recruitment and training services offered to local customers.
