DBM Arabian Gulf was the first organization to bring professional career management support to the Gulf Region and opened its office in 2002 in Knowledge Village, in Dubai. DBM Arabian Gulf provides assistance to the greater Gulf Region, including the United Arab Emirates, along with consultants based in Bahrain, and also providing services in Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

DBM Arabian Gulf Principals Karen Oliver Karen is the Managing Director, responsible for sales, development & client services. She has over 18 years experience in human resources & training, assisting international organizations and line managers in the UK, Hong Kong and Dubai to achieve business goals. Her background in managing change includes supporting individuals with career transition in a wide range of industries from banking, FMCG, telecommunications, I.T., construction and health care. Karen has a Masters Degree in Organizational Behaviour, is a member of the UK C.I.P.D., Dubai Human Resources Forum and holds Level A & B Occupational Testing Qualifications from the British Psychological Society. She is also an accredited coach.
